What if we do not currently accept credit cards?

What if we currently accept credit cards and have our own machine?
No problem, BPI supports every type of equipment. We can reprogram your terminal over the phone and include training, all at no additional charge. We have successfully reduced the processing costs for hundreds of businesses.

Do I have to change banks?
No. You can continue doing business with you current bank. Your credit card funds will be directly deposited into the account of your choice within two business days. All funds are insured.

Will we get better customer support?
Yes. Our customer service sets us apart from the competition. You can contact a “real live, talking” BPI representative anytime, not a series of “press this key”. We also include as part of your service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week phone support, as well as on-line reporting for your convenience. Did we mention, no additional charge for customer service issues.

How long will it take to get my business up and running?
Once we have your application, it will only take 24 to 48 hours to get you approved. Once we have you approved we will download your terminal and ship out your terminal to you at no charge. The terminal will be shipped UPS ground.

When will I get my money?
Your terminal will be “batched out” on a daily basis, usually at the end of your working day. This can be done automatically, or be initiated by you anytime during the day. The funds will be deposited into your business account within two business days.

Will I be trained on how to use my equipment?
Contact your BPI representative at 888.442.3939 the day you receive your terminal. Training includes a walk through of a sale, credit, void, and a batch settlement. BPI will make sure you are fully comfortable in operating your equipment.

What if we are not happy with our new service?
BPI offers a 90-day Money Back Guarantee, with no cancellation fees. Our retention rate is over 99%. We will do whatever it takes to ensure your satisfaction.

When will you charge my account for fees?
The entire amount of your credit card tickets will be deposited into your account. The fees are deducted from your account only once a month, usually around the fifth of the month

What happens if my machine breaks down?
BPI offers lifetime warranty and next day replacement on all of their terminals.
